It is quickly becoming a chic destination for discerning travellers seeking an alternative to what can be found in neighbouring Bordeaux. Now that tourism is back up and running, the hotel’s swimming pool has already opened to visitors, with the fine restaurants Les Foudres and casual dining restaurants La Distillerie open as well. In the coming weeks, the pool, rooftop terrace, jazz bar and tea room will either all be open or reopen.
