Dubbed “Phantom Phenoms” these women at the apex of their careers are partnered with the iconic brand that sits at the apex of the luxury world. These patronnes of the brand are phenomenal women being recognized for their accomplishments, leadership and philanthropy in their respective fields and regions and represent for Rolls-Royce the new feminine face for the iconic marquee.

Meet the Rolls-Royce Phantom Phenoms of 2020
Ella is a woman of many firsts, including becoming the first woman of colour to launch a luxury brand of high-end jewellery in Paris. Ella founded the JOVADI brand in response to a deep desire to share her love for beauty and timeless elegance by adorning women with the most dazzling jewels in the world. She is passionate about providing value for Africa and promoting the continent’s active participation in the sector. Ella is also an advocate for the Children’s National Hospital, which supports all children and has provided more than $68 million in pro bono care.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Dallas has elected to highlight the efforts of Phantom Phenom Lee Bailey, Entrepreneur and Community Philanthropist
Lee is involved in many local organizations within Texas, including the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, where she served on the group’s advisory board and development committee. Having built a business empire including dozens of franchises with the quick service brand, Lee has also built a way to give back to the community where she does business. She has also served with DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS), Kidney Texas Inc., and the Nexus Women’s Auxiliary. Her work with the After-School Stars (ASAS) provides comprehensive after-school programs that keep children safe and help them succeed in school and life and give back to their communities.
Lee Bailey, a community philanthropist with an award-winning eye for style and design, will host a kick-off dinner for North Texas Giving Day at her home in support of the After-School All-Stars (ASAS).

This Fall, O’Gara Coach will celebrate Beverly Hills Phenom Hilary Roberts, a renowned recording artist who uses the darkness of her past to inspire others.
