We act as a broker to connect you with our contact and facilitate your transaction. The transaction itself takes place directly with the Seller. Once you have agreed on the information about the good, service, or experience you seek, we will start work on your request(s). There is a minimum fee of $8.00 per purchase for using our service plus commissions, based on the percentage on the cost of purchase. Should you decide to cancel, you may still be obliged to pay some or all of my fees and for the relevant service or products ordered.

If you decide to return any item you have purchased for any reason you will only be able to do so directly with the Seller who supplied the item in accordance with their returns policy. Please be aware you are liable for any costs incurred in the return or exchange process. In some cases, certain retailers will allow an exchange but not a refund, or will only be able to issue a credit note. In other cases, the retailers will accept full returns and refunds within a stated time limit. It is therefore very important that you check the relevant seller’s returns and refund policy.

Please also be advised that any expenses associated with the merchandise clearing customs in your country, will be the Buyers responsibility. The customs laws and charges will vary depending on the country of delivery of the merchandise.

Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a return, exchange, or refund.
