It was first made in 1978, and it is only made in rare years and in extremely limited amounts. “Like all our vintage cuvées, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé needs to be enjoyed in a leisurely manner,” says Séverine Frerson. This champagne pairs beautifully savoured with lobster and figs.

Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a lively, spontaneous champagne with notes of crisp citrus and fresh florals.
It pays homage to the iconic Maison Perrier-iconic Jouët’s Chardonnay grape, which it interprets in a distinctive style. House of Perrier Jouët was carrying on a tradition that began in the early twentieth century, when the House introduced its first all Chardonnay cuvées in the 1920s, long before such champagnes were dubbed “Blancs de Blancs.” Hervé Deschamps creates Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs by blending Chardonnay grapes from several of the region’s finest terroirs with a small proportion of reserve wines to ensure absolute consistency of style and quality. The cuvée is ready to be released after three years on the lees in the Perrier Jouët cellars, brimming with freshness and vitality.
