The Renaudière, in the Loire valley, is the main décor for the chefs memoires. This house is at the heart of life and events of this great french family: parties, weddings, hunting seasons… Gérard takes us behind the scenes with humour and sensitivity.
Well known for her elegant yet relaxed receptions, Isabelle d’Ornano worked hand in hand with her chef to create recipes that allied her Polish family heritage and her cosmopolitan experience.
