Celine Estates, one of London’s most illustrious luxury and bespoke interior design firms, with their new exquisitely designed offices at Battersea Reach Waterside Complex, has received a prestigious international design and architecture award.
Nominated in two categories at the 2017 International Design & Architecture Awards, Celine Estates made the top spot from 61,000 verified votes in the residential property development category. This achievement set the project apart from its competitors and secured the award.
This award was particularly unique because the end client had challenged Noor and her team not only to deliver an exquisite design but to simultaneously add financial value to the property as well as convert it from a 2 bed pied a terre to a 3 bed family home. Celine Estates achieved a record breaking valuation for the end product, a capital increase of a third of the property’s value, over a million pounds, whilst executing such an excellent finish and design that the property was then shortlisted for, and finally attained the international architecture and property award for the project. Not only undertaking her clients’ goals but superseding their expectations, this project and its recognition has imprinted Noor and her company’s name in the design world.
In a letter informing Celine Estates about its prize, Senior Awards Manager Glenn Hughes congratulated them on being worthy winners. He continued that, the reach and scope of these awards have been greater than ever before.
The luxury interior design establishment’s website says they are strong believers that design is as much an expression as it is a tool to enhance lifestyle and environment and they transform spaces to be able to give each internal space a voice and an identity that is entirely unique.
The publishing house, based in the UK, design et al hosts three major design awards each year. The award presentation ceremony was hosted at the Dorchester Hotel, London, on Friday 22nd September 2017. This renowned setting was a perfect location for the prestigious event filled with the top designers in the country.
Receiving the award, the director of Celine Estates, thanked the award committee for the honor bestowed upon her establishment, as well as the recognition of the hard work of her team members, and thanked her family for their continuous support.
According to a release from design et al, with projects submitted from all over the globe, the night was a mixture of international names in the design community and a brilliant networking event for all involved.
