- Photo of your beehive with your nameplate on it.

- Certificate of ownership.

About the Honey
Les Pastras honey is rich with the flavor of Provençal wild flowers (lavender, rosemary, sage, acacia, and more native flavors; all natural, that have never been treated with pesticides or herbicides. Their truffle honey is infused with the incomparable flavor of black winter truffles (tuber melanosporum) and each jar has an impressively sized slice of truffle inside.
About the Farm Proprietors
Johann and Lisa Pepin are a Franco-American couple who moved to the South of France
from Chicago in 2003 to take over the Pepin family vineyard, leaving behind their jobs in finance and public relations for fresh air, starry skies and organic farming. They believe in respecting the environment, that’s they use no chemicals and let mother nature provide the water for the plants. Their 11 hectares produce grapes, olives, apricots, cherries, plums, apples, pears, pomegranates, figs, almonds, hazelnuts and black winter truffles. The Pepin farm offer truffle-hunting tours of the property when in season and tours include a sampling of fresh truffle hors d’oeuvres, Champagne and a taste of theur organic Les Pastras olive and truffle oil.
